The MDR House is the overarching name of the place of service where the following companies reside as a team: MAKING DREAMS Realty, MDR Home Styling & Design LLC, Budget Blinds of Janesville & Monroe, & Blue Bridge Property Management.
Starting as a locally owned real estate business, MAKING DREAMS Realty was founded in 2015 by Kevin & Renee Clark and began by specializing in real estate services through a partnering broker. Fairly quickly, the Clark's recognized the importance of providing home staging to their clients, and with Renee's love of 'All Things Home', as well as being HSR certified, adding a home staging service was an easy addition. This addition quickly made way for a home design component, and MDR Home Styling & Design, LLC was created. On March 1, 2022, the Budget Blinds of Janesville franchise was purchased to add a key product to our design services. With a great team in place, growth continued and by the end of 2022, MAKING DREAMS Realty became its own brokerage firm. In 2023, the Budget Blinds of Monroe territory was added, as well as a partnership with Blue Bridge Property Management to assist clients in need of property rental services.
At MDR, our goal is to provide more than a transaction. We want to excel beyond the basics. We desire to create relationships, provide life-enriching experiences, support our clients needs, and offer a variety of professional services and resources year-over-year to continually support clients in reaching their real estate goals & home design dreams.
